Cocktail Recipe and Video from the Dunmore on Harbour Island, Bahamas!

The Goombay Smash is the signature drink of Harbour Island and the Dunmore, our favorite hotel on the island.

Lynn and Cherylene give us a step by step demonstration of how to make this tasty concoction– check it out below!

Goombay Smash

1/2 oz. of Bacardi Gold Rum

1 oz. Coconut Rum

1/2 oz. White Bacardi Rum

1/4 oz. Myer’s Rum

2 1/2 oz. pineapple juice

1 oz. orange juice

Shake all of the above ingredients and serve on ice.  Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.  Add a floater of Myer’s Rum.
