A-Frame....A Tasty New Eatery for Westside Hipsters
A Frame is a much needed new addition to the Westside dining scene. The former I-Hop on Washington Blvd in Culver City is now a casually-cool, indoor/outdoor gathering spot. Patrons sit at communal picnic tables and enjoy the latest indie rock tracks as they dine. The crowd is friendly and attractive with an artistic edge.
A Frame serves up family-style comfort food, with unique twists from around the globe. Don't miss the Sesame Mustard and Citrus loose packed Blue Crab Cake, the Cracklin "beer can" Chicken, or the Carne Asada Torta. For something sweet the Pound Cake Churros with Malted Chocolate Milk Ice Cream go down as one of the most delicious desserts ever created.
Thanks to the collaboration of the Kogi Truck mastermind, Chef Roi Choi and restaurateur David Reiss, Westsiders no longer have to obsessively stalk Twitter to find out where they might indulge in Roi Choi's culinary creations. Another bonus is that the kitchen stays open until midnight which is practically unheard of out here in LA! The noteworthy bar offers a wide variety of beer, wine and original cocktails such as the Fine Print (aged rum, Hibiscus, lime, Regans Orange) in vintage glasses until 2AM.....
