Friday Night Wine Tastings at Barnsdall Park

Gather some friends and your favorite picnic items and head to Barnsdall Park as there are only four Fridays left in the summer to enjoy their festive and scenic wine tastings. Tickets are $25 and get you four generous glasses of very good wines, mostly from boutique, small-production vineyards. The wines are selected and presented by Silverlake Wine and while you sip, socialize, and take in the sunset over the Hollywood sign, tunes spun by a hipster DJ play to your other senses.

All profits from the wine tastings benefit the Barnsdall Art Park Foundation and programs. Barnsdall Park has been a highlight of my summer as I have not only appreciated a Friday wine tasting, but am also taking a photography class there.... More on that to come....
