Roxy of Society Social Gets Away in the South of France....

We love the preppy chic colorful style of Society Social's bar carts, caftans, pillows, well all of it!  We asked owner and designer Roxy a few questions about where she goes to unwind, what she wears and most importantly, what she drinks....

1.  Where is your favorite vacation spot?

It's been a few years since the Mr. and I have been able to take a proper vacation (chalk it up to quitting your corporate job and following your heart!) so I'm going to have to pull the summer I spent sur la Côte d' Azur from the archives. My girlfriends and I frolicked all along the riviera from Cannes to Monaco and Nice was quite nice! The best weekend was when we hopped the train with nothing but our passports and a suitcase. Our weekend on a whim landed us on a beach in Monte Carlo unable to get a hotel. Nothing a cocktail or two couldn't fix! Chin-chin!

2.  What do you pack for the trip?  

An offensively large hat. That's all you need on the beach if you're apt to bust out the bravado! En France, on fait comme les francais, non?!

3.  Most importantly, what do you drink while there? 

Champagne, of course! But I have been to known to mix up a fantastic French 75. Does it get any better than bubbly and gin?
