Apparently nowhere as fabulous in the world.... snorkel right off the deck of your bungalow, walk for miles in the waist high turquoise water. Dinners at the Lagoon Restaurant suspended over the water are romantic with a menu by French chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
- St. Regis Bora Bora- the pinnacle of perfection. End your trip here as the honeymooners did!
Insider tips:
*Consider using a travel agent to book a package for you (including airfare). We're normally opposed to travel agents and packages, but a worthwhile investment for a trip to Bora Bora
*make sure you negotiate included breakfast in your rates at both hotels. A sumptuous buffet awaits. And you'll save $100 or more a day not paying for it.
*skip dinner at the touristy Bloody Mary's
*know that it is going to be an expensive trip so plan accordingly
