Don't get the swine flu
Everyone seems to be sick right now. Especially in New York City where we were the last few days. It's like the city is one big petri dish! So we are sharing tips we have gathered on how to effectively avoid getting struck down by one of the delightful viruses that are swirling about. And if you do come down with something, how to beat it back in a hurry.
1. Wellness Formula is a miracle vitamin. Packed with echinacea, garlic clove and olive leaf extract, this formula boosts your immune system like nobody's business. Take the tablet form as the capsule form can upset sensitive stomachs. Take two to three tablets a day.
2. Any supercharged Vitamin C- at least 1000 mg. Wellness Formula has a good one. Take one a day.
3. Gargle with warm salt water and swab the inside of nasal passages once a day and especially after being on a plane or in any other confined environment.
4. Drink loads of water and herbal teas.
