Festive 5 star hotels for the holidays in BEVERLY HILLS

Last night was the infamous Holiday Hotel Bar Tour organized by Santa's little helper, Amy Taylor herself.  Fresh off of her engagement (yay!!), the Tour was extra festive and celebratory.

arriving at the Peninsula Hotel in Bev Hills

We commenced at The Peninsula in the cozy wood paneled Club Bar, fireside.  With champagne to celebrate the engagement and the season, we kicked off the night.

After some 5 star bar food, we headed to our next stop on the Tour, the Four Seasons (on Doheny, the Regent Beverly Wilshire is now a Four Seasons, but it gets skipped after cheesy purple and blue decorations last year).

There was some veeerrry interesting people watching -- some very sketchy looking older gentlemen and perhaps some gals hanging out that were paid to be there....  maybe?  Nevertheless, our group grew in size and the festivities continued.

The final stop on the Tour is the classic pink lady, the Beverly Hills Hotel.

The Polo Lounge has been witness to many a Hollywood story.  We enjoyed the bustling yet intimate vibe before moving to the "nightclub" Bar Nineteen 12.  Last year it was packed with a very cool crowd as a popular British DJ had been imported.  This year, not so much!  It was us and an older set dressed in be-dazzled denim -- the men too, oh yes.  We had a ball dancing to the Euro club tunes until the lights came up....
