POWER BLAST!
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Push-ups
REPEAT 3 TIMES
-take 60 second break-
Ice skaters (bend knees in squat position and wide step side to side for 30 SECONDS
PLANK --- (yoga top of a push up position pose on elbows, spine in alignment) 60 SECONDS
REPEAT 3 TIMES
-take 60 second break-
Run in place with knees high for 30 SECONDS
Run in place but kick your heels to bum for 30 SECONDS
Sit-up crunches for 60 SecondsREPEAT 3 TIMES
AAAHHHHH! NOW put on relaxing music & soak up all those sunny endorphins!
