The Facts of Water

1. The Human Body is made up of 55-70% WATER. (Adults are approximately 55-65% and infants/Kids are approximately 70%)

2. Blood is about 83% WATER

3. Bones are about 22% WATER

4. Muscles are about 75% WATER

In order for you to perform your body needs a minimum of 64 ounces of WATER
daily.

If you are exercising you need more. If you indulge in toxins i.e. caffeine, alcohol, sugary foods, salty foods, etc., your body requires even more.
