We've all had experiences, trips, retreats and encounters that expand our consciousness, hearts and souls, bringing us more joy! The trick is how to hold on to those feelings. Read on for our tips!







Tools and Tips for getting your Glow on
We're on a high from a beautiful retreat week on the magical island of Mustique with a group of powerful and inspiring women. We hiked, we swam with sea turtles, we danced, we created custom scents using the flowers native to the island, we boated, we connected, grew and ultimately had an incredibly joyful week!
Now, how to anchor in that experience of feeling such joy and bring it in daily:
1. We did a lot of shaking and moving our bodies. This helps release cortisol and get more fully into our physical bodes. Dance, shake, jump! Jump for more joy!
2. Scent is the most powerful sense to bring you back to an experience. Create or find a scent from a place or time you love that makes you feel expansive and happy! Spritz!!
3. Slow down. Put your hands on your heart, breathe, meditate. We did some Wim Hof style breathing before we went into short meditations. We love Joe Dispenza and Tara Brach's meditations. When life begins to speed up, slow down. And on the days when we feel great, those are the best days to do it! Keep your emotional and spiritual bodies fit and supple!
