One good thing that came out of our rigorous We Care experience is something delicious, easy to do, and amazing for you. We always thought coconut oil was fatty and therefore fattening, however, it is a miracle food that will boost your immune system; make your skin and hair visibly healthier; help with acid reflux/indigestion/heartburn; up your energy and decrease depression. And actually a complete 180 to what we thought, it will actually help with weight loss!! The recommended amount to take is a tablespoon in the morning (we spread ours on toast) and a tablespoon in the afternoon. Be sure to buy only organic, unrefined virgin coconut oil.
