We know we have been writing a lot about fitness and well being lately, but seems like the time of year for extra encouragement as bad weather and the thought that you can swaddle yourself in sweaters does not exactly light a fire under most of us. Meet Michelle Lovitt. She has trained both of us and trained Mary for a few months before her wedding, getting her into the best shape of her life. She has a BS in Sports Nutrition, a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and has co-authored a book about exercising according to whether you are "fast or slow twitch" regarding your muscle fibers. She has appeared on numerous television programs, in many magazines and trains the likes of professional athletes, Courtney Cox, Keifer Sutherland, as well as us-- good company!
