Harvesting at The Alisal! Snapshots From Our Latest Retreat In Santa Barbara Wine and Cowgirl Country....

We continue to be amazed and grateful that the exact right people show up to each of our retreats, and by the unique synergy of each group. This last retreat at the Alisal Ranch in Santa Barbara wine and horse country, was no exception.  We focused the retreat on harvest given the time of year.  Through workshops led by the otherworldly energy healer Naada Guerra, and brilliant intuitive acupuncturist Gianna de la Torre, we clarified our desires, released any limiting beliefs blocking the way, and actualized making our truest desires REAL now.

To balance all of the metaphysical, emotional and intellectual processing, we also embraced what harvest literally means in nature through stomping on grapes, sipping wines, eating delicious foods, horseback rides through hills and valleys, and reveling in chilly fall temps (fires and sweaters, yes please!).

We're blessed to have such a powerful, vibrant and nurturing community of women.  Thank you for being part of the tribe!  You are all that you desire to be.  And then some.
