Labor Day weekend style

As we head into the long weekend, a few of our favorite things to go out in style...

Sip a Southside cocktail

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cups fresh lime juice2/3 cup Simple Syrup1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves6 ounces vodkaseltzer water

Directions:

Muddle mint, lime juice and symple syrup until mint flavor has been released. Divide ice and vodka evenly between each glass, add lemon mint mix and top off with seltzer water. Garnish with a lime twist or mint sprig, if desired.

Serves: 4
