Whether you are a cynic or not regarding Valentine's Day, we see it as a superb excuse to indulge-- whether with a honey, or good friends, or solo!  Eat, drink, get a massage, give flowers, buy yourself or a loved one a piece of jewelry you've had your eye on...  We are firm believers in the philosophy of letting that Valentine's spirit of love and generosity pour out onto your loved ones as well as yourself!

If you decide to stay in -- Valentine's Day can be a bit like amateur hour out at restaurants with unfortunate prix fix rip offs and cheesy touches-- (can you tell we like to stay in!) get inspired by the Queen of Domesticity, Martha Stewart for a decadent dinner.  Consult Gayot, "the guide to the good life," for wine selection.  Let Gwyneth Paltrow guide you to making a sinful chocolate molten cake.

Listen to the Beatles LOVE album during dinner and maybe afterwards, watch one of the 50 most romantic movies ever?  Set the mood by burning a "Champagne" scented Antica Famacista candle.
