The skin is the largest elimination organ in the body. By using a dry brush over the entire body, once a day, you are gently exfoliating the skin, turning over new healthier skin, increasing circulation, and aiding with lymphatic drainage. Dry brushing is also rumored to combat cellulite!

How to do it? Get a soft bristle brush, and before you bathe, gently starting with the feet, brush the entire body. Make sure your brushstrokes are towards the heart. Make sure you gently brush your underarms as well as lymph nodes are located there! We love how it feels and how our skin feels afterwards. So does supermodel Molly Sims! Maybe if we keep a-brushing, we'll have legs like hers....
